Standard rules for group bookings on Thai Airways flights
Group request shell be sent to Sales Department by e-mail sales@thai-airways.ru .Group request must contain the following information:
— quantity of passengers;
— destination/routing;
— flight numbers;
— dates;
— customer contact information (name, surname, phone number, e-mail, name of the agency).
After seats confirmation the airline grants and guarantees net/net tariff. Airport surcharges and exchange rates can vary during the work with the group. After seat confirmation the airline demands deposit in amount of 25% from the net/net tariff for each confirmed seat.
— In case of group cancellation the deposit is non-refundable;
— Group size reduction of max 10% of originally requested seats is possible without penalty;
— In case of group size reduction for more than 10 % the airline reserves the right to change net/net fare and conditions.
Passengers' names will be submitted to the airline 28 days prior to departure. Passengers' names can be changed before tickets are issued.
Full payment will be given 21 day prior to departure. The tickets must be issued not later 14 days prior to departure.
The tickets at group fare are non-refundable and non-changeable. Change of passenger's name is possible at 150 EUR service fee for each change prior to departure.
