03.12.2008 Information for passengers

Due to difficult political situation in Thailand which resulted in temporary closing of the airport Suvarnabhumi Thai Airways International was forced to cancel flights Bangkok — Moscow — Bangkok TG974/TG975 for the dates December, 3rd and December, 5th, 2008.

To the passengers holding confirmed tickets for the mentioned above dates we would like to offer the following alternatives:

— Change of the departure date without penalty during the period of 24 hours (and more) before departure of the originally scheduled flight (on all tariffs); changes have to be processed directly with the company which issued the original ticket— travel agency or Moscow Representation office of Thai Airways International;

— Rerouting with another partner-airline without application of extra charge. For rerouting please contact Reservation Department of the Moscow Representation office of Thai Airways International by email res@thai-airways.ru;

— Refund of the ticket which has not been used, without penalty during the period of 24 hours (and more) before departure of the originally scheduled flight (on all tariffs); refund has to be processed directly with the company which issued the original ticket — travel agency or Moscow Representation office of Thai Airways International.
